Parking For Broadway Performance Hall

The Broadway Performance Hall does not have a dedicated parking lot. The Harvard Garage is a 400 spot pay to park parking garage located behind BPH, 1609 Harvard Ave, Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA 98122. The parking rate as of April 30th 2025 is: $15.00 for 24 hours. There are other parking garages, but this garage is the closest.

Costumes, Hair and Makeup

The show this year is about moments and stories throughout someone’s life. Imagine a series of black and white photos, and the moments/stories those photos captured. All costumes must be in the grey family (NO blacks or NO whites), and without words or logos. The color palette is below. In addition to the grey costume, we want each dancer to bring a t-shirt that is one solid bright color. At the end of the show we will reveal the colors that signify what we see is possible for the future. We want dancers to be able to contribute to the show through their costume. So the goal is to be able to wear and bring things you already have at home, can borrow from a friend, or can purchase for cheap and reuse.

PLEASE BRING YOUR COSTUME INTO CLASS FOR APPROVAL ASAP.

Below are the costumes for each class. The students are responsible for their costumes and VAM is responsible for any props, or specialty costumes. The items that VAM is responsible for will be given to dancers at dress rehearsals and then must be packed and returned at the end of each day (5/17, 5/31 & 6/1).

ALL costumes should be worn at the studio run through Saturday May 17. If you are in multiple pieces please bring all costumes. We will send emails out to people in multiple pieces letting them know the show order so you know which costume to wear first for Dress Rehearsal on 5/17 and Tech Rehearsal on 5/31.
